Refunds are available within 7 days of course enrollment, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@neuralroots.com with your enrollment details and reason for refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Certification fees, completed courses, and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
Refunds outside the standard policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
